How the party unfolds
We bring everything and host the whole thing, so you can sit down and make something with your people.

We set up materials
Every seat gets a bead board, and the table fills with trays of gold, silver, pearls, gemstones and more.

Choose your beads
Semi-precious gemstones, freshwater pearls, warm neutrals and gold-plated details. Mix and match to make it yours.

Select a charm or pendant
Initials, birthstones and meaningful symbols. It’s the detail that makes it yours.

Design your strand
Lay it out on your bead board and move the stones around until it feels like you and begin stringing.

Stack it. Wear it. Forever yours.
Your host closes with a clasp, and each finished piece goes home with a care card.

Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Suzel.
Beading became my therapy during a tough patch in my life. After long, stressful days, I’d pour out a tray of stones, pearls and gold, let my mind go quiet and get creative, one bead at a time. Soon family and friends were asking about my pieces… then asking for a seat at the table. Those sparkly evenings around my table turned into The Gilded Strand.
Now I bring that same spark to your celebration. My team and I set up, host and finish every piece, right down to the clasp. See you at the table!

How long does a party last?
The Favor and The Nature run 60 minutes, The Strand 90 minutes and The Heirloom 2 hours. You can add 30 more minutes for an additional fee.
How long do set-up and clean-up take?
About 30 minutes each. We arrive 30 minutes before your start time to set up and pack up after the last strand is finished. Neither counts toward your package time, so your guests get every minute of their party.
Where do you set up?
Anywhere with good light and a table for every 6 guests: your home, a rental, a restaurant’s private room or a venue.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in El Paso, TX and also host parties in Las Cruces, NM and Ciudad Juárez, MX. Not sure if we reach you? Send us your city and we’ll let you know.
Is travel included?
Travel within 20 miles of downtown El Paso is included. Beyond that, travel is $1 per mile, and we’ll include it in your quote before you book.
How do I hold my date?
A 30% retainer reserves your date. Your balance and final headcount are due 7 days before your party.
Can I edit or cancel an appointment?
Your 30% retainer reserves your date and is non-refundable, but you’re welcome to reschedule to another open date or time. You can also add guests to your reservation. To make a change or reschedule, just contact your host.
Is the jewelry real gold?
Our beads and findings are 14K gold-plated and silver-plated, with real freshwater pearls and semi-precious gemstones. The Heirloom and our metal upgrade use 14K gold-filled and sterling silver, which last longer with everyday wear.
Can you match our wedding colors?
Yes. We’ll build trays around your palette so the whole group’s pieces look like a set in photos. Special color-selection beads and materials are a $40 add-on.
How many guests can you host?
Minimums run from 4 to 8 guests, depending on the package. For 13 or more guests we bring a second host, so finishing stays quick.
